The SULAK BBT 03 UNI is a versatile horizontal glass grinding machine designed for shaping, grinding, and polishing edges of flat glass, mirrors, and similar materials. It is suitable for processing straight, irregular, or rounded edges with high precision and consistency.

Key Features include suitability for glass thicknesses from 3 to 12 mm, the ability to create flat, trapezoidal, or “C” edge profiles depending on the grinding wheel, a horizontal grinding system for stable operation, two discs per spindle for efficient processing, adjustable spindle position during operation, an integrated cooling system, low power consumption of approximately 1.6 kW, a robust hot-dip galvanized frame, and a mobile, space-efficient design.
Standard Equipment includes a 6 mm grinding wheel, a polishing wheel, a spindle position measurement system, disc inclination adjustment, a cooling system, and the capability to grind edges of narrow glass strips starting from 20 mm.
Optional Accessories include a corner grinding device (PBR 01), a drive system for grinding wheels (PBK 02), a glass conveyor system (DS 01), an eccentric device for double-sided grinding of narrow glass (BMSe 01), and a small glass grinding unit (BMS 01).
